Welcome

How the invitation process works:
  1. You can request your invitations in advance by clicking “Choose your cities”. If an event is scheduled in any of your selected cities, you'll automatically enter the invitation queue.
  2. Alternatively, when an event is confirmed, you can click “Request an invitation” on the event’s announcement page.
  3. Invitations will generally start to be sent out 30 days in advance of the event, and continue to be sent on an ongoing basis.
  4. If you live in the event’s city or surrounding regions you’ll be given preference to receive an invitation. If seats remain, invitations will be sent randomly to the remaining requesters.
  5. When you receive your invitation, let us know you're coming — either accept or decline the invite before your RSVP date. Accepting means that your seat is secure. Declining means someone else can come.
  6. If you accept, look for your confirmation email, print it out and take it with you to the venue.
Other important details:
  1. Requests are made individually. You can't request an invitation for more than one person at a time.
  2. If the number of invitation requests exceeds the number of available seats, preference will be given to people living in the immediate region.
  3. If you want to sit with friends or other invited guests, simply pick up your tickets as a group.
  4. If you don't respond to your invitation before your RSVP date, your invitation will expire. If you'd still like to come, you can always submit your request again.
