Event Productions
- India Event Manager

To form and manage an Event Team, setting a standard of excellence and fostering a culture of professionalism as well as manage all aspects of events.
This person, with the support of the WOPG Global Team, is responsible for the overall success of each event in India, with the objective to support an enjoyable environment for the audience as well as deliver quality footage for post-production.
- Event Productions Manager

WOPG seeks to appoint an Event Productions Manager to be in charge of managing each event and overseeing the various teams, while respecting the original design concept put forth during the event creation.
The Event Production Manager brings their extensive background, passion and commitment to teamwork as the host of the Event. In addition, this person will be involved in forming and training an extensive network of production teams around the world.
- Filming Manager

WOPG seeks to appoint a Filming Manager with extensive experience in the film industry, including operating a live switcher and managing a multicamera setup for a live event.
This person is accountable for producing a quality live broadcast for immediate use as well as delivering quality materials for post-production.
- Video Engineer

WOPG seeks to appoint a Video Engineer of outstanding caliber, with a track record of excellence in the digital video recording field.
This person will be accountable for the setup and functionality of the mobile HD production studio. They will also be accountable for the technical quality of the camera footage being recorded and will work under the direction of the Filming Manager.
- Camera Operator

WOPG seeks to appoint a Camera Operator with extensive experience in the film industry including operating robotic-controlled cameras.
This person is responsible for operating 2 cameras remotely from the mobile HD production studio. They will be accountable for delivering to the Filming Manager the required footage based on the Filming Manager’s direction during the filming of the event.
- Camera Assistant

WOPG seeks to appoint a Camera Assistant with experience in camera setup and the ability to operate a camera when needed.
This person will be responsible for the setup of the robotic-controlled cameras, be the trouble-shooter during the event, and manually operate a camera if there is a need for additional cameras.
- Sound Manager

WOPG seeks to appoint a Sound Manager with extensive experience in recording high-quality sound at a live event for use in a live broadcast as well as quality post-production materials.
This person is accountable for the overall quality and recording of the sound during the event, including the PA and all additional microphones that will be used at the event for the purpose of expressions from the audience, emcee, etc. They will also be responsible for setting up the Speaker’s microphone.
- PA Operator

WOPG seeks to appoint a PA Operator with extensive experience operating, setting up, and trouble-shooting various PA systems with multiple microphone feeds in a variety of settings, ranging from small to large indoor/outdoor events.
This person will need to be in synch with the needs of both the audience and the Speaker as well as to assist and follow the direction of the Sound Manager. They are accountable for delivering quality live sound at the events and ensuring that there will be no interference with the quality of the sound recorded for future use.
- Lighting Manager

WOPG seeks to appoint a Lighting Manager of outstanding caliber, with a track record of excellence in the film industry.
This person will be accountable for the Lighting at the events in accordance with the event design. They will be responsible for the quality of the lighting for filming purposes as well as the lighting design for the speaker and the audience.
- Lighting Assistant

WOPG seeks to appoint a Lighting Assistant with experience in the film industry, who will be assisting the Lighting Manager set up all the lighting requirements at the event.
This person will be accountable for operating the lighting during the event in line with the quality production standards and under the direction of the Stage Manager.
- Stage Manager

WOPG seeks to appoint a Stage Manager, who will work closely with the Event Productions Manager to coordinate all non-technical elements of the event setup and design, as well as ensure that everything runs smoothly in all areas of the event.
The Stage Manager should have a solid background and a passion for what they do.
- Assistant Stage Manager

WOPG seeks to appoint an Assistant Stage Manager, who will assist the Stage Manager in the setup and takedown process for the events in accordance with the event design concept.
This person will be accountable for the quality of the setup under the direction of the Stage Manager and will be involved with stage setup, lobby setup, etc., in line with all the quality productions standards.
Venues & Support
- Venue Arrangements & Logistics Support (VALS) Manager

WOPG seeks to appoint a Venue Arrangements & Logistics Support (VALS) Manager who, in collaboration with the Event Productions Manager & Global Event Manager, will develop and execute the strategy for all WOPG Events. As part of the Management Team at WOPG, this person shares responsibility for the success of all Events, focusing on logistics planning and support systems.
The VALS Manager will be accountable for developing and managing the Events strategy, which includes the formulation of teams responsible for researching, certifying, cataloguing and booking venues for WOPG Events.
The position will also manage audience and production support systems including venue budgets, ticketing, logistics for the travelling Event Team, and facilitating a support system for production needs at each event. This includes developing teams of volunteers, setting standards and protocols for efficiency in order to respond to event requests within 48 hours.
- Regional Venue & Support Manager - Volunteer

WOPG is looking for 15 Regional Venue & Support Managers for the Events area, who have a passion for events and excellent management and communication skills.
As a WOPG Representative in the field, this person will be accountable for researching, certifying and reserving venues for WOPG Events, managing support systems for the event, and communicating with the WOPG Events team, including local volunteers.
Inspire provides dynamic packaging through Marketing, Media Productions, Web, Sales and Distribution and many other activities that move this message from the source to our audiences. We are looking for experienced professionals who will push the limits of imagination and creation with quantifiable results. This is creativity and marketing at its best! - Knowledge & Propagation Support Manager

WOPG seeks to appoint a Knowledge & Propagation (KP) Support Manager to form part of the WOPG Core Management Team. This person will be responsible for developing the strategy to provide a support system for all areas within WOPG.
Responsibilities include: providing people who have completed Key 6 a support system to stay engaged; developing and managing systems for accurate statistics gathering; overseeing global Service Area Managers (SAM) and the formulation of volunteer teams to support Events, Inspire and KP Support; and the management of the Global Knowledge Session & Review Team.
- India Knowledge & Propagation Support Manager

Responsible for developing the strategy, systems, and teams for the Knowledge and Propagation support area in India.
Responsibilities include: providing people who have completed Key 6 with the tools and information to remain engaged; developing and managing systems for accurate statistics gathering and implementing the Service Area Management System (SAM).
