On April 27, 2011, at the Maria Angola Convention Center in Lima, Perú, Maharaji spoke to 2,054 people about the music of this existence. He reminded his audience of the natural rhythm of the breath and how, to keep yourself in sync, you should listen to that beat.

Here are some excerpts from his talk:

There is a metronome. And it is the metronome of this breath and it is beating and beating and beating. When you listen to the symphony of existence, what happens? Kindness fills you, because you understand.

I can show you the cadence of this breath, and when you play to this metronome called the breath, it will be the sweetest music you have ever heard in your life.

Do you know what approval is? Do you? No? Let me tell you. The most incredible approval comes from the divine in the form of this breath. This is what we call — I call — the blessing.

It was a great event, MJ was so clear, simple, enthusiastic and happy to be there with us. I had the privilege to do a little service in the tickets distribution and everything was so smooth, very fine.
