Near the end of his South American tour, Prem Rawat flew to Peru's capital, Lima, to give two talks in the intimate surroundings of a university hall. He spoke about how much he had missed the city and its people in the more than 20 years since his last visit and reminded his audience that 'fulfillment is a fundamental right.'

Here are some excerpts from his talk:
The human drama goes on, but in this human drama is a dance that is so exquisite. There is a lot of noise in this world, but there is a song that is being sung. There are a lot of rhythms in this world, and they're all out of synch. But there is one rhythm that is playing perfectly. Hear that rhythm and dance to that rhythm. There is an exquisite rhythm of this breath coming in and out — and in this, you are blessed with the gift of life.

Find out. Here in your heart are the answers. You are so fortunate that you have the temple of temples inside of you. This is no ordinary temple, my friends. Here resides the un-debated, the formless, the genderless, the energy that cannot be created and cannot be destroyed. This is the one that resides here — has never had a birthday nor a funeral and never will. But here is the vessel that can make it possible. This is your time, in which this cup can be filled. Fill it.

There is a place inside of you that is magnificent, that is clear, that is full of understanding, that is full of answers: not questions. I’m not just here to tell you about this. I also make this possible for you to experience for yourself. Big difference. This is not just an evening's speech. I can make it possible for you to experience that joy that is inside of you. Powerful? Maybe. A lot to handle? Of course. You just don’t meet a person everyday who says: 'Oh, by the way, I can introduce you to you'.
