  1. Bank/wire transfer

You can donate from your bank account in the following currencies: Euro, British Pound, US Dollar, Australian Dollar and Canadian Dollar. WOPG’s bank in the Netherlands no longer accepts cheques for banking.

  1. Donate in memory of

If you would like to donate in someone’s memory, you can do so by clicking “YES” on the donate page under the question: “Would you like to make a gift in memory of someone?

If you would like us to notify a family member of your donation, please provide the contact information when you fill in the donation form online.

Other ways of donating to Words of Peace International (WOPI):

 

  1. Stock donations

If you wish to donate stock shares, please contact WOPI’s office at donations@wopintl.org or call (805)388-1596.

  1. RMD (Required Minimum Distribution) from a retirement account

 Starting at age 70 ½ the donation from an RMD directly to a 501c3 (such as WOPI) is a qualified charitable distribution and will not be taxed up to $100,000. Your accountant, knowing the specifics of your finances, can further advise you.

  1. Matching donations

Ask your employer if they offer a matching contributions program. If they do, and WOPI is not one of the options on the list, please let WOPI’s office know and we will join the program. You can call (805)388-1596 or write to donations@wopintl.org.

  1. Naming WOPI in your will or as a beneficiary in your retirement account
