Time: The event start time is 6 pm CEST. Lobby doors will open at 4 pm. The end time is approximately 8 pm.

WHO IS INVITED
This is a public event.
CHILDREN
This event is not suitable for children under the age of 10.
This public event is a first of its kind. We need to work together to make it possible.
As many as 600 guests are expected to hear Prem Rawat in person for the first time.
To make this event available to them, seats can be reserved free of charge.
For that reason, your donations are absolutely crucial. Please give generously.
When donating, you will also be able to make a seat reservation in advance (see button on bottom right of the web page).
SEAT RESERVATION
You are welcome to reserve your seat(s) free of charge from 10 am CEST onwards on Monday, the 10th of June.
When entering the venue, remember to have your printed seat confirmation visible, or your electronic seat confirmation on your phone, with the QR Code showing.
If you have difficulty reserving a seat for any reason, please contact servizioinfoline@imparaadascoltarti.it.
Each person will be able to reserve 3 seats. However, please only reserve seats you know will be used.
DO NOT RECORD OR FILM THE EVENT
Official recording is copyright protected. Anyone found recording will be asked to stop. If they continue, they will be removed from the venue.
The event will be filmed. Reserving a seat constitutes both your agreement to being filmed as well as the release for your image/voice being included in print, social media, photographic, audio, video, or other media. If you are reserving a seat for another person, their attendance at the event constitutes the same agreement and release.
There will be a security check on entering the building. No luggage, backpacks, or over-sized bags are allowed inside the venue.
Travelers from abroad: There are no travel restrictions to Italy, however, please check for any current travel requirements that may affect you.
NO MORE SEATS?
If you would like to find out about a possible returned seat reservation, please contact servizioinfoline@imparaadascoltarti.it.
If there are no returned seat reservations, you will be put on a waiting list.
RETURNING UNUSED SEATS
If your plans change and you have an unused seat reservation, please send an electronic version of your seat confirmation to servizioinfoline@imparaadascoltarti.it.
Seat confirmations returned to this address will be re-allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to other people who want to attend this event.
SPECIAL NEEDS
Support will be given to people using wheelchairs.
If you are hard of hearing, a channel in enhanced English will be available. Headsets will be available in the lobby in exchange for an ID.
TRANSLATION
The event will be in English. Translation will be provided in Italian and in German.

LUGGAGE
No luggage, backpacks, or over-sized bags are allowed inside the venue.
There is no cloakroom available.
